Our official "Headquarters" is located at 38 James Street in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
Here you will find us busy at work in our studio and you will find St. Catharines' best kept secret!

Mad Cap was created over 20 years ago in the basement of designer Tori Kosinec's home. For 17 years the business was operated as a "cottage industry" until moving into a prime storefront in beautiful downtown St. Catharines three years ago.

Today you will find Kosinec, a certified milliner, and other members of the Mad Cap team, at 38 James Street in downtown St. Catharines, busy sewing and creating all the Mad Cap designs. We are proud to make our hats in Canada and try when possible to buy our fabrics and notions from companies that offer made in North America too. One of our main suppliers of fabric is Woolrich ... a brand well known. Woolrich fabrics are made in Pennsylvania, USA. and are extraordinary to work with.

Our hats are "Made Fresh Daily" (our slogan!) in full view of visitors to the shop. We also teach a 2-day hat workshop in high schools across the province and invite schools to visit our studio as well.

The shop is open from Wednesday to Saturday and contains the full assortment of Mad Cap products as well as complimentary handbags, socks and jewellry created by other designers.
