Refunds & Exchanges

Full refund policy lasts 30 days after receipt.
Hats can be exchanged for up to 60 days.

Orders that have not been shipped can be fully refunded. Just send us an email with the order number and request a cancellation and refund.

If you wish to return and be refunded for an item purchased and received, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can usually slip the return label into the clear envelope on the outside of your package where your own address is. Just make sure the return label is the one that is readable/scan-able and use some clear tape to close the label sleeve.

Please advise us when you post a return so we can watch for it from our end! We are at the post office where our business box is just about every day but sometimes we don't check the post box for incoming mail as most comes to our home/studio address which is not a public store location.

We will process the refund once the package is received. Like your purchase, your return is insured for loss along the way.
