Refunds & Exchanges

Full refund policy lasts 30 days.
Hats can be exchanged for up to 60 days.

Orders that have not been shipped can be fully refunded. Just send us an email with the order number and request a cancellation and refund.

If you wish to return and be refunded for an item purchased and received, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In most cases, the cost of shipping is not covered by our refund policy.

Please advise us when you post a return so we can watch for it from our end! We are at the post office where our business box is just about every day but sometimes we don't check the post box for incoming mail as most comes to our home/studio address which is not a public store location.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless arranged in advance. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
